Recipe "Yoghurt Cake".....is Delicious

Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients:

250 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
175 gr butter - melted
175 gr creamy yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 egg white Btr
3 egg yolks
175 gr sugar
100 gr raisins / sultanas

How to make:

Prepare a 20 cm diameter round baking dish, rub butter, Cover a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, mix well and set aside. Mix the melted butter, yogurt and vanilla, mix well and set aside.

Beat the egg (white and yellow) and sugar until fluffy and creamy. Turn off the mixer. Ayakkan mix flour and baking powder little by little alternately with a mixture of butter and yogurt, stir well. Enter raisins / sultanas and stir well.
Pour batter into pan, bake until done. Remove and let cool on a rack. Serve.
