Recipe AGAR-AGAR CORAL....... yummy
AGAR-AGAR CORAL
A ingredients:
1200 ml coconut milk medium, from 1 coconut small
2 bungkkus gelatinous white powder @ 7gr
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 eggs, beaten off
ingredients B:
300 gr sugar / brown sugar
400ml water
1 ginger, crushed
10 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
2 pandan leaf
How to make:
Material A: stir gelatin powder with sugar, pour coconut milk, stirring until dissolved. Set aside.
Material B: Cook all ingredients over medium heat, until sugar dissolves and scent out. Lift. Strain.
B Pour the batter ingredients into the dough ingredients A, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until boiling. Reduce heat. Pour the eggs gradually while stirring. Cook again until boiling and broken coconut milk stringy look. Turn off the heat. Lift.
Pour into a pudding mold volume of 2 liters. Refrigerate until hardened. Serve.
