Recipe "Carrot Cake"......Yummy

Carrot Cake

Material A:

5 Btr Eggs
300 gr caster sugar
1 tsp salt
10 gr Cake emulsifier

Material B:

275 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Material C:

350 gr carrot, coarsely grated
Cashews 100 gr finely chopped
100 gr Raisins
150 gr pineapple juice

Material D:

150 gr Vegetable oil

How to make:

A Whisk ingredients until thick, enter B sifted ingredients and stir or shake it with a low speed mixer
Put the ingredients C, mix
D Pour ingredients slowly with a small shower in the batter, stirring
Pour into 3 22x22cm diameter round baking dish that has been buttered and lined with paper
Bake at 180C for 30-45 minutes or until cooked
Cream Cheese Frosting

Material:

250 grams Cream Cheese
80 g butter
140 grams of refined sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

How to make:

Beat cream cheese and butter with a mixer until smooth and light
Add powdered sugar and lemon juice, then beat again until well blended
Apply on carrot cake for a 3 layer cake. Ornamental topped with chocolate or fondant shaped carrots
