Recipe Dessert "BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE" .....yummy

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE




Crust:

250gr of dark chocolate biscuits
100 g margarine, melted

Cheesecake:

200gr sugar
Btr 4 eggs
1 Kg creamcheese
250 gr sour cream

topping:

250ml whipped cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
Blueberry jam 250 gr

How to make:


Prepare baking pan diameter 24 cm apart pairs, basting with butter. Set aside. Wrap the base of the outer pan with aluminum foil.
Crush the biscuits until smooth, then pour the melted margarine and stir well.

Enter the biscuit dough on a baking sheet, flatten and press gently until the solid, freeze it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Whisk sugar and eggs with a high speed mixer until thick, put the cream cheese and sour cream alternately while shaken continuously.

Pour this batter into the baking pan that has been lined biscuits, then bake in a way au bain marie for 90 minutes.
Remove, let cool at room temperature until cool right, forward refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Meanwhile whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar until thick and set aside.

Flatten the blue berry jam on cheesecake, inlaid with canned fruits and whipped cream on the sides and serve.
