Recipe snake "know Brontak"

Material A:

10 pcs tofu skin triangle
1 ltr cooking oil

Material B:

4 pcs garlic, thinly sliced
3 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
200 gr bean sprouts
1 pcs shaved carrots
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon bouillon powder
½ teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Material C:

1 vertebra turmeric
2 pcs garlic
1 tsp salt
2 Btr eggs
200 gr flour
5 tablespoons water

How to make:


Shopping (torn with a pointed knife) sloping side to hollow out and set aside.

Material B: Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until wilted, enter the shaved carrots and bean sprouts and stir well. 

Add salt, sugar, da bouillon powder. Stir and brown taugenya. Test tasting, lift. Set aside.

Material C: puree turmeric, garlic. Mix together the flour, eggs and salt. Stir well and smooth, add water. Stir again.

 If still less liquid can be added a little water. Set aside.

Completion: take one piece out, fill with material B section sockets stir until it is full. Do it all out.

Heat 1 ltr cooking oil over medium heat. Dip the dough out into a C, direct fried until golden brown. Lift.

Serve with complementary cayenne pepper or chili sauce.
