Klappertart Cheese


6 Btr eggs
300 gr sugar
1 tablespoon emulsifier
200 gr flour
150 g butter, melted
250 ml fresh milk / evaporated milk
200 gr coconut, dredger.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
grated cheddar cheese for sprinkling, to taste.

How to make:

Prepare a baking sheet 30x30x4cm, polesi butter and line it with paper
Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until thick, put the flour, stir well, pour the melted butter and vanilla extract, mix well, then pour the milk gradually, stirring constantly flat.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle top with coconut, sprinkle grated cheese on top of it.

Bake in oven for lk. 30 minutes, the temperature 180'C until cooked. Lift. Serve.
