Martabak Sweet Mini

Material:

500 g cake flour
15 g of corn starch / tapioca
100 gr sugar
25 gr full cream milk powder
700 ml water
10 grams of baking soda
1 tsp vanilla liquid
3 Btr eggs
50 ounces coconut milk

Topping Ingredients:

Sugar
Butter
Sweetened condensed milk
Meises chocolate, grated cheddar cheese

How to make:

Dissolve the baking soda with 50 ml of water, stir and set aside.
Mix flour, tapioca flour, sugar, milk powder and stir well.
Pour the eggs, milk, a mixture of water and soda, stir while pouring water little by little until the end, until it becomes a liquid batter. Strain.

Kopyok-kopyok for 10 minutes until you see a lot of air bubbles. Let stand 30 minutes.

Heat the mold martabak sweet mini (can use cookie cutters mud). Pour 1 ladle batter, hit a little bit happening around the lip prints. Cook continued to look nested almost ripe.
Sprinkle 1 tsp sugar, then cover the mold. Cook until done.
